AkarStudio Plan

A Windows desktop app for planning a small studio over five years: roadmap, ideas, finances and receipts in one place, with your data kept on your own computer.

What the app does

Roadmap. Plan a prep year and five years of work, and track progress and development time.
Ideas. Keep an idea tree for what to build next.
Finance. Record expenses and sales, compare budget with actual, and see simple reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow.
Receipts. Attach a receipt to an expense and keep the file in your own Google Drive.
Exports. Save your data as CSV or JSON files on your computer.

How the app uses Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive is optional. If you sign in, AkarStudio Plan asks for access to your Google Drive so that it can:

find or create one folder named AkarStudio Receipts;
upload the receipt files you attach to expenses into that folder;
download a receipt again when you open it in the app.

The app does not read, change or delete any of your other Drive files. Your Google data goes only between your computer and Google. AkarStudio runs no server and never receives it.
